Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by writing to updates@thehouseof6.com with your order number. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; the Returns and Exchange Policy then applies.

Made-to-measure pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

The House may cancel an order — for stock limits, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount paid in full.
