The House Of 6 ships across India. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh within 2–4 business days. Pieces released as part of a numbered Collection are dispatched on the stated date for that Collection.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location; remote pincodes may take longer. You receive tracking by email and message as soon as your order leaves the workshop. Delivery is complimentary on prepaid orders within India.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and is confirmed by a one-time verification at checkout.

Address and failed delivery

Please enter a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number. If a delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the order returns to us, and we contact you to re-dispatch or refund. For a prepaid order returned after one-time-password verification, the original delivery charge, if any, is not refunded.

The House does not currently ship outside India.
