Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is 3– 5 business days across India, and quicker to metro pincodes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed/ messaged as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once a parcel is dispatched, it needs to go through returns instead.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We're working on it.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached and original box and pacaking included in return.

Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes — free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us, back to your original payment method.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. Measure a piece you already own and match it — more reliable than going by your usual label size.
Do your pieces shrink?
Our cottons are pre-shrunk. Wash cold and skip the dryer and they'll hold their shape.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on delivery is available at select pincodes.
My payment failed but I was charged.
Failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it hasn't cleared by then, send us the transaction reference and we'll chase it.
Product care
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on the label inside every garment. As a rule: prefer dry cleaning or cold hand wash, inside out, line dry in shade.
